Import your database
Bring in your own spreadsheet — Excel (.xlsx) or CSV. Properties you already have are updated rather than duplicated, matched on address.
Your spreadsheet links a folder per property rather than the pictures themselves, so imported homes come in without a gallery. Importing fetches them for you: it reads your own Drive folders first, and looks the address up in the listing data for anything it cannot open.
A property gets its own Drive folder when you like it. For homes that are not ready yet, this opens an empty folder for each one so the photos have somewhere to go when they arrive. Properties whose photos already live in your own folder are left alone.
Start the database over
Removes every property — collected and imported — so you can rebuild from a clean slate. Your account, your team and their permissions are not touched. Anything already filed in your Google Drive stays there.
Processing
Runs on its own — nothing for you to do. Every home you approve is downloaded, cleaned, address-blurred, tagged by room, and filed into your Drive folder.

Price changes
When the collector sees a property you already have at a different price, it updates that record and keeps what it was before — so a re-listing shows up as a price change instead of a duplicate.
